Shipping Policy
Our primary delivery method is via Australia Post. Orders will be processed packed and sent out usually with in 1-2 business days. Alternatively, skip the wait and pop into The Clinic Shop at 289 Mitcham Road Mitcham, Victoria for free instore pickup. If you have purchased though the website, we ask you bring your proof of purchase with you when collecting. Items will usually be ready right away but in some cases, it may be the following business day. You will be notified when they are ready to be collected. Alternatively, you can just pop in say hi and see what we have! We ♥ a chat!
For all express deliveries, you will receive a tracking number to which you will be able to track your orders location. Should you have any concerns on not receiving the items within a timely manner, please contact us via email theclinicshopformums@gmail.com. So we can assist you, please include your tracking number.
Please note during that during these current times some deliveries be slowed by Australia Post however we will always endeavour to get the items to you as quickly as we can.
