Refund/Returns policy
We trust you will be excited about your purchase from The Clinic Shop. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 14 days of your purchase date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must include all tags, labels & original undamaged packaging ready for resale. If the item is not returned in original condition, The Clinic Shop can refuse to accept or may charge a restocking fee.
Returning the item
All items returned to The Clinic Shop are at risk of the sender and we would highly recommend sending all items back via registered post. The Clinic Shop will not be held liable for any damage to any items returned. Alternatively, you can drop into The Clinic Shop to arrange an exchange or refund. It is recommended to contact us prior to attending to ensure we have the stock available. Please print and complete our product return form when returning any item(s).
Damaged/Faulty items
Should you receive an item(s) that you believe was damaged in transit please contact us immediately so we can arrange an exchange. For faulty goods or any warranty enquires please contact us via email and we will get back to you to resolve the matter. In the unlikely event you do not receive your item (s) within a timely manner outlined in out shipping policy, please contact us and will follow up your order.
Refund
Once we have received the item and inspected, The Clinic shop will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund (approved or rejected). If approved, your refund will be processed and we will direct debit your refund amount to your bank account used for purchase.
